We recently had the pleasure of working with Ester and her team to bring our dream wedding to life. Our four-day destination wedding at a stunning villa in Sorrento, Italy was nothing short of magical, and we owe it all to Ester. Ester's choice of venue was impeccable, and her prowess as a wedding planner truly shone through in her selection and coordination of vendors. From the florist to the photographer to the musicians, each vendor was handpicked to perfection. One of Ester’s standout qualities is her ability to listen and understand our vision. She patiently worked with us to create a wedding that was uniquely ours. Her creativity and knack for design transformed our ideas into a reality that exceeded our expectations. The decor, lighting, and overall ambiance were simply magical. Throughout the planning process, Ester was a constant source of support and reassurance. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and warm personality made her a pleasure to work with. She was always available to address our concerns and provide guidance. Our wedding day itself was perfect. Ester and her team ensured that every detail was executed flawlessly, leaving us free to savor the moment. From the heartfelt ceremony overlooking the sea to the lively dinner and reception under the stars, Ester and her team made our wedding celebration a memory we will cherish for a lifetime. 

My daughter’s and son in law’s dream wedding came true…..it was a three day event (9/21-9/23/2023) that was elegant and magical. Ester and her team’s passion truly shows in their work. I would recommend Ester Chianelli to anyone who wants to feel taken care of, wants to work with someone extremely professional and wants their dream wedding come to life.

Ester & her team were phenomenal from start to finish! We live in Nashville and dreamed of having an intimate wedding weekend with our closest friends & family. Ester made that dream come true for us and we couldn’t be more grateful. Her team helped us plan our wedding in Sorrento in 2022 and we are still on a high from the magic they created. They did it all - from introducing us to the most beautiful venue (that we never would have found ourselves or imagined that we could afford), to creating a gorgeous vision of what our day would look like, to recommending and managing a group of vendors that more than exceeded our expectations. Ester’s team helped us plan a rehearsal dinner unlike any other, a fun welcome pool party, and of course our big day. They were kind, patient, and proactive every step of the way. We threw them more than a few curve balls with very particular requests and there was nothing that they failed to organize. Many of our guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to (and one of them was a wedding planner who had attended hundreds of weddings!). Our flowers were spectacular, the food was amazing, and Ester’s team took care of everything so we could just relax and enjoy our week with loved ones. They allowed us to create memories for a lifetime and we will be forever grateful! 

Ester Chianelli and her team (Alessandra, Irene & Serena) organized our wedding in Ischia on July 6th, 2019. They did an Amazing job for us, we are so happy to have chosen them. They are very professional, nice, gentle, listening to customers, cost efficient and very well Know their job! Words cannot express my gratitude for Ester and her amazing staff (Alessandra, Irene and all the team!) Thanks to them, my wedding was something out of a magazine, they did a great job, every little detail was fixed in a very impeccable way through their vendors: floral arrangements, music, caterer, light designer etc.. everything was above and beyond our expectations and they took care of all my crazy requests!😅 They even constructed a wedding design project for you and a timeline for the wedding day, so I was able to sit down, discuss and plan with them all the details! They also handled all the discussions with the vendors and tacked any problem that arised.. they always had everything 100% under control, so no stress for me! You really feel like your wedding means as much to her and to her team as it does to you..and I am confident when i say that if you book her for your wedding planning.. you will have a beautiful wedding experience! ❤️ thank you again! Ester, Piera, Mariangela, Emmanuele, Leonardo, and all your team are the best!! They organized the wedding that we’ve dreamed of. Always available, Ester understood what we wanted and realised like everything were possible. The team were amazing, friendly and very consciencious to make this day be the best. We had a wondeful day thanks to them. We couldn't have imagined better. It was PERFECT: the décoration, the church, the catering (a big thank you to Leonardo: every body loved the aperitivo, dinner and dessert), and music! We had such a great time, so many memories thanks to you!!!

Ester and her team made a fairy tale for me! We never saw eachother by live before the wedding but I was really relaxed and not scared about nothing! She was very organized and her suggestions were the best! Het fantastic tastes (she is so chic) and her team are able to create a magical event! HIGLY RECOMMENDED!

Our elopement in Ravello was planned in only two month and Ester made it special! The symbolic ceremony was in a special place where actually not all the people is allowed to go... but she have good relationship with everyone and we hade the opportunity to make it there! She did all in a very simply way and we never will forget how she was connected with us! Thanks Ester!!!

We planned our wedding over two years with the costant help and support of the best team of professional wedding planners we could have ever asked for. Ester s agency and team were always available, punctual, precise - they promptly addressed and delivered on all points raised and helped making the overall Organization experience a much easier and enjoyable process. We came across many issues and difficulties, but they were always ready to quickly reinvent and provide solutions and new ideas. Ester and her team has kindly helped us to organise our wedding in Sorrento back in 2021 and we could not be happier that we have chosen them for this special occasion. Despite of COVID uncertainty (which was very high back then), she and Alessandra gave us full support and were truly on top of the process. Creative, efficient and dedicated, with plenty of compassion and understanding for what we had in mind. From our first meeting to the wedding itself, the team was fully mobilized and readily available.
