After fully understanding your vision, we will develop your initial Wedding Lookbook with digital sketches designed in Procreate or handmade water colors. This will be the starting point that initiates the rest of the design process.

From there, our team will collaborate with you to fine tune each design detail and share new ideas so not only is your style incorporated, but we also create an experience that exceeds your vision.

Using Google Suite (Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.), we’ll keep you updated every step of the way while staying within your budget.

As the final day approaches, our planners will communicate directly with vendors on updates to ensure everyone is fully aligned, along with timelines for your wedding day. We have an excellent and growing network of vendors, many of whom we have collaborated with over the years. While surprises can be good, our connections and relationships with vendors ensure that there are no unwanted surprises during the month of your wedding.

That’s why we offer our Wedding Concierge Service, to help your guests feel supported every step of the way. From providing recommendations to coordinating transportation to and from the venue, our team will handle all the details, making their experience as seamless and memorable as your celebration itself.

  • Transportation Coordination: In partnership with local transportation services, we arrange reliable transportation to make the journey for guests as stress-free as possible — whether it’s from the nearest train station to your guests’ accommodations or transportation to and from the venue. 
  • Welcome Packages: Unique welcome gifts set the stage of their arrival. Welcome packages can include anything your heart desires: local treats, essential information, and personal touches that will delight your guests. 
  • Reservation Assistance: Many local restaurants still require reservation by phone. With challenges such as time zones and language barriers, our Concierge helps guests with their reservation requests. 
  • Local Recommendations: Insider tips on local attractions, dining recommendations, and activities for you to share with your guests and ensure everyone is living la dolce vita.
  • On-site Concierge Support: A dedicated concierge during the wedding to assist guests with any questions they have or support they may need.

We extend our expertise to every event surrounding your wedding, including welcome dinners, anniversaries, proposals, and engagement celebrations.

Ester Chianelli Wedding Agency plans weddings all throughout Italy — from the sun-kissed beaches of the Amalfi Coast to the majestic wine country of Tuscany and beyond.

We accept only 15 couples each year, ensuring that every celebration is crafted with unwavering attention, artistry, and care. From the wedding day itself to the unforgettable moments that surround it—private boat days, welcome dinners, farewell brunches—each detail is thoughtfully curated. By limiting the number of events we design, we create space to elevate every experience, transforming your vision into something extraordinary.

Our network of vendors consists of artisans who see each wedding as a unique masterpiece. When you choose the Ester Chianelli Wedding Agency, you gain access to our network of vendors who demonstrate reliability and a shared commitment to excellence. This applies to every aspect of your celebration — from catering, photography, and floral design to music, cake artistry, stationery, transportation, and beyond.

We’ve had the privilege of bringing our couples’ wedding dreams to life as a result of working with our hand-selected network of vendors who share our level of dedication to the highest standards. Many couples are drawn to us by the images and videos that capture the beauty of the weddings we’ve planned — made possible by the talented professionals we work with. This level of quality is only achievable when everyone involved aligns with the standards of the Ester Chianelli Wedding Agency. That said, we are always open to considering new collaborators, provided they reflect the same values, professionalism, and dedication that define our work.

The costs vary based on your unique vision, guest count, and chosen location. As a general guideline, we recommend budgeting €1.200 per guest (inclusive of all services) as a starting point to create a truly memorable wedding experience.

Our pricing model is based on 10% of your total wedding budget. This ensures our services are fully tailored to your needs, with a fair and flexible approach that aligns with the scale and vision of your event.

A deposit of 40% is required prior to commencing the planning and design process. 60% plus any increase to the budget is due 30 days prior to the wedding date. The specific amount varies based on the terms outlined in the contract you have signed and agreed upon.

Fees that have been paid are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation for any reason. As the planning process for an event typically occurs several months in advance, any amounts paid to Ester Chianelli Italian Wedding Agency prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

We communicate with couples through regular video calls on Google Meet, as well as exchanges through WhatsApp and email. Meanwhile, we use Google Workspace tools and Dropbox to collaborate and share our vision and designs.

We do not accept commission from our vendors. On the contrary, we always try to negotiate discounts for couples to ensure we are all partnering with the right vendors for your wedding at the best price.

Additional fees for vendors may be charged depending on the complexity of logistics. During the planning process, our team will inform you if these fees may need to be incurred.

Growing up in Caserta, I always had a passion for creativity and self expression. Even though I pursued a degree in law, I counterbalanced my rigorous studies with creative endeavours like playing the piano, learning a new language, or travelling to a new place. I love art, beauty, style and anything that glitters and shines.

It took me a while to find a professional environment that was the right fit but as soon as I met Ester, I instantly knew that we had to work together. I listened to my intuition, and here we are – the dynamic duo! She has been my mentor and her guidance has helped me grow and mature into the event planning professional that I am today. Over the years I have gone from intern, to employee, and am now her right hand.

I am an aesthete by nature, and being a wedding planner gives me the opportunity to be creative, explore new places and meet new people. My superpower is my maniacal attention to detail, which I combine with diplomacy and the ability to stay calm while solving complex problems under pressure. I thrive in challenging circumstances and I love the unexpected (almost as much as I love good, healthy food).

My story is not too dissimilar from Alessandra. I grew up in Caserta as the youngest of three siblings (yes, I’m still considered the baby in the family). I love spending time in nature, particularly while alpine skiing and trekking. My happy place is in the forest and nothing makes me happier than discovering new forest paths. I studied engineering because I like math, but over the years I started to feel like something was missing. I decided to try something totally new and took a wedding planning course in Milan. I enjoyed the course but didn’t have a clear idea of what career path I would pursue until I had a chance to work with Ester. I started off as an intern and then became a fully-fledged member of the team. I am a motivated self-starter who loves a challenge so working with our team has allowed me to channel my energy into a dynamic and constantly evolving profession. I have thrived in the collaborative and innovative environment that our team has created.

I love challenges and won’t rest until I’m able to successfully solve a problem. I am also an organization enthusiast who can get a bit maniacal about creating a solid “To Do” List. I love fashion and genuinely believe in the power of retail therapy, especially when it comes to shoes! As Carrie Bradshaw would say, “so many shoes, and only two feet.”

Born and raised in Naples, I’ve always had a strong inclination toward everything creative.

As a child, I loved to draw, and later I began writing song lyrics to accompany my singing studies. Although I pursued a humanistic path, graduating in Sociology, my heart has always belonged to the world of beauty.

Over time, I rediscovered a deep passion for photography.

I began exploring it as a self-taught learner and, with the rise of Instagram, started sharing my shots, gradually turning this passion into a journey as a content creator.

Since February 2025, I’ve been part of Ester’s team, where I have the opportunity to capture and narrate the beauty of her weddings through my own aesthetic vision.

Born and raised in Naples, I stumbled upon a “hostess wanted” ad from the Ester Chianelli Wedding Agency after graduating in Foreign Languages. One chat with Ester, and the rest was history — suddenly I was office manager, assistant, and all-around problem-solver. From calming pre-aisle nerves to fixing wardrobe malfunctions, I learned that weddings run on equal parts teamwork, timing, and a touch of magic.

Picture The Devil Wears Prada office, but with a supportive team, lots of espresso and that South-Italian warmth. I have always dreamed of being a journalist, and when the agency needed a blog writer, I took it as a sign that I was in the right place at the right time.
After a whirlwind summer of weddings, I packed my bags to chase my lifelong dream. Now I live in Manchester, studying Broadcast Journalism, and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me.

I still write for the agency’s blog and I’m always looking for the next story. I’m creative, with an eye for fashion, detail, and beauty, but my curiosity goes far beyond that. From runways to investigative journalism, I like to think of it as a strength: I just want to know everything.
