Il ricevimento di questo matrimonio sensazionale si è svolto nel lussuoso Hotel Santa Caterina di Amalfi, uno dei posti più panoramici e suggestivi al mondo.
Oltre che per la bellezza del panorama non posso non raccomandarlo soprattutto per la professionalità e la cortesia con cui ci hanno accolti. Il Signor Alfonso Ruocco, responsabile dei matrimoni e del food&beverage e tutto lo staff, hanno esaudito tutti i desideri non solo degli sposi, ma anche miei e del mio team.
Nella hall, ad accogliere gli invitati abbiamo fatto sistemare una postazione per consegnare le seating card (segnaposto) che erano decorate con dei micro cornettini (sempre tendenti al rosso Marsala) prodotti artigianalmente dalle sapienti mani di Giuseppe e Luigi Ferrigno.
Il luminoso salone invece ospitava l‘aperitivo e si è trasformato nella pista da ballo dove gli sposi si sono concessi il loro primo ballo sulle note suonata dall Raoul & Swing orchestra!
In questa sala un imponente albero di Natale di 3 mt e mezzo spiccava per farsi notare in quanto tableau scenografico.
Come abbiamo deciso di chiamare i tavoli? Questa è una storia che vi racconto: Con Lucia nei vari mesi, ci siamo scambiate più e più idee al riguardo, abbiamo cambiato mille volte tema, e alla fine ci eravamo fissate per uno. Purtroppo però, avendo loro più di 25 tavoli per far accomodare i loro numerosi ospiti ci siamo rese conto che quel tema non ne aveva a sufficienza. Quando ecco che Michele, con grande tranquillità ci propone l’idea che poi abbiamo accolto:
Il Natale nell’arte!
Ed ecco che sono così comparse delle bellissime stampe su tela su ogni tavolo. Stampe di grandi artisti che nei secoli hanno riprodotto la loro idea del Natale nei loro dipinti.
Menù e segnaposto (realizzati da noi) completavano questa meravigliosa tavola, assieme alle delicate composizioni del bravissimo Mimmo di Vico, collaboratore fenomenale del quale non potrei fare a meno!
Amarillis, elleboro ed eucaris, i nostri fiori per questo matrimonio invernale e stecche di cannella e scorze d’arancia come accompagnamento.
E mentre tutti pranzavano, noi ci siamo spostati allo sweet table. che assieme ai dolcetti di Nicole Ajello (Sugar’s Wish) è stata una delle attrazioni della serata!
Con Nicole c’è grande sintonia, sia per gusti che per stile ed insieme creiamo dei veri e proprio tavoli di dolcezze! La dedizione per il nostro lavoro ci accomuna e quando si è simili ed affiatate lo si capisce dal risultato finale!
Un momento bellissimo è stato quando una delle invitate di Lucia, una bellisma ragazza olandese e sua collega di studi, ha dedicato una canzone scritta da lei (testo e musica) che ha fatto commuovere tutti…
Subito dopo, la torta ha fatto il suo ingresso e l’emozione dei due sposi era ormai alle stelle!
Poi, una volta esaurite le lacrime, tutto è tornato in mano al mitico Raoul e la sua swing orchestra, dove l’allegria e la voglia di far festa ha invaso la sala grazie alla sua grinta e non ha smesso un solo attimo di far scatenare tutti!
Ultimo pensiero sono state le bomboniere, la Natività realizzata a mano dai fratelli Ferrigno. Una bomboniera di pregio, con un significato importante, che ha accompagnato tutti nelle festività natalizie.
Con questo si conclude la meravigliosa giornata di Michele e Lucia. Una giornata carica di emozioni, di allegria, e amore!
Anche questa volta rimarranno nel mio cuore i loro ringraziamenti ed il loro affetto. La cortesia con cui ci hanno fatti sentire parte della loro festa e il volerci coinvolgere ad ogni costo anche durante i brindisi, rimarrà tra i momenti migliori del 2014!
Ed ancor di più per aver trovato una vera amica!

The reception of this sensational wedding took place at the luxurious Hotel Santa Caterina in Amalfi, one of the most scenic and picturesque place in the world.
In addition to the beauty of the view I can not recommend it especially for the professionalism and courtesy with which they welcomed. Mr. Ruocco Alfonso, marriages and food&beverages manager and his staff, have fulfilled all desires not only of spouses, but also my and of my team.
In the lobby, to welcome the guests we did arrange a point to deliver the placeholders, that were decorated with micro horn (always reddish Marsala) handmade by the skilled hands of Giuseppe and Luigi Ferrigno.
The bright living room instead housed the aperitif and became the dance floor where the spouses are granted their first dance to the tune played by Raoul&Swing Orchestra.
In this room a 3 meters christmas tree was stood out to get noticed as dramatic tableau.
How about the table theme? This is a story that I will tell you: With Lucia in different months, we exchanged ideas about it over and over, we changed a thousand times theme, and in the end we had set for one. Unfortunately, their having more than 25 tables to accommodate their guests and we realized that, that theme had not enough name. But here is Michele, with great tranquility gives us the idea that we then received:

And so, beautiful canvas paint appair on each table. Prints of great artists that over the centuries have played their idea of Christmas in their paintings.
Menus and placeholder (hand made by us) completed this wonderful table, along with the very talented delicate compositions of the florist Mimmo di Vico, collaborator phenomenal which I could not do without!
Amarillis, hellebore and eucaris, our flowers for this winter wedding and cinnamon sticks and orange peel as an accompaniment.
And while everyone dined, we’ve moved to the sweet table. that together with the sweets of Nicole Ajello (Sugar’s Wish) was one of the attractions of the evening!
with Nicol there’s a great feeling, both for style and tastes and together we create real and proper tables of sweetness! Dedication to our work in common and when you are close-knit can be understood by the final result!
A beautiful moment was when one of the guests of Lucia, a beautiful Dutch girl and her colleague of studies, has dedicated a song written by her (music and lyrics) who did move all …
Soon after, the cake has made his entrance and the emotion of the couple was now to the stars!
Then, having exhausted the tears, everything is back in the hands of legendary Raoul and his swing orchestra, where the joy and the desire to party invaded the room thanks to his joy and happiness and has not stopped a moment to unleash everyone!
Last thought were the favors, the Nativity handmade by brothers Ferrigno. A Bijou fine, with an important meaning, which accompanied all the Christmas festivities.
This concludes the wonderful day of Michael and Lucia. A day full of emotions, joy, and love!
Also this time will remain in my heart their thanks and their love.
The courtesy with which we were made to feel part of their party and take involved at all costs during the toasts, will remain among the best moments of 2014!
And even more to have found a true friend!
